1. Return Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Paintings and artwork from Warren Knapp Art and Home must be in their original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made or personalized items
Clearance or final sale items

Provide your order number, date of purchase and reason for return. Include your proof of purchase.

4. Refunds:
Once Warren Knapp inspects your return, he will discuss a replacement or a refund option. If a refund will be processed to your original payment method processing could take 7-10 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
Please inspect your orders upon receipt. If you find any damage or defects, contact us within 7 days with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund.

6. Exchanges:
To exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
